Description:
Nexus Matrix is the worlds first autonomous scale system, completely eliminating the need for a human operator to be present.
Nexus Matrix uses heuristic machine learning to recognize trucks and drivers as they cross a large truck scale. The system uses optical means of high-quality PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) cameras to identify the content of the vehicle before it automatically weighs the vehicle, creates a scale ticket which is associated to a historical customer record, inventory and other system functions of the Nexus Recycling Management System.
The system controls a multi-stack indicator light to advise the driver what to do (pull on, pull off, back up, stop, etc.), the system is also fitted with the means to speak commands to the truck driver.
